Shipping Methods

All of our items are carefully packaged by hand ready to ship. The shipping depends on the size of the item and the value of the order. Orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard but the shop will dispatch orders via the best available sender as appropriate.

Special Items & Custom Orders
Special orders, i.e. custom orders or bulk orders, will be individually assigned P&P fees. You can find information on each listing or contact us for more information.

Processing Time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

While we strive to offer an excellent service and to provide hand made items that you will love, we understand that sometimes you will want to return or exchange a product.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

  • Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

  • Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Made to order, custom or personalised orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
